Hello, this is Autowini.com. You have been working hard and well done during the last year. It seems this year has a really deep meaning for you through Autowini activities. Last year and continue to this year, it was good to see you jump in overseas markets. Congratulations and sincere thanks for the time and effort you spent in.

1. When you first start Autowini.com, did you have any export experience? What was your major business model at that time? And what was the motivation in starting the export?

Seobuk: Our S company has been only focused on Uzbekistan and Russia market over the past 17 years. Early Uzbekistan market business was started because of the big demand for equipment parts and then began to expand business into Russia. With the parts exports, used cars and heavy equipments exports were naturally followed.

2. Did you think Autowini help to activate your overseas exports? How many export successes with how many countries did you make through Autowini so far?

Seobuk: The S company, which saw only Russian market in the past 17 years, is now doing business with buyers from around 10 countries. (Cambodia , Myanmar, Libya , Dominican Republic, St. Martin, Kenya , Yemen , Jordan , Guatemala, Chile , etc.)

3. If our service was helpful to you, for more specific what service was the most helpful to you?

Seobuk: Small exporters are not easy to run a company website for marketing purposes. I think that Autowini provides service which can reduce cost and help convenient for that.

4. What is your own know-how to using Autowini effectively?

Seobuk: Compare to the false items for sale, register items with picture that shows a real vehicle detailed. At this point, it is important think from buyer’s view. Ask yourself that if I was the buyer in abroad, I would purchase this item by watching uploaded photos or not. If this photos is lack or show poor vehicle condition for sale, I think it would probably be difficult to sell.

5. Tell us about the most memorable buyer and why do you think so?

Seobuk: One time, the buyer from Yemen appeared suddenly, request invoices of 5 cars that I have and send full payment. Although they were a high class and advanced model cars there was any problem to send us payments. Even though I see money in the bank account, I barely believe it.

6. How was CF video provided by Autowini 5th anniversary event? Do you use it for overseas exports? Please tell me if you have any experiences you ever take advantage of it?

Seobuk: We send the video link to all buyers regardless of old buyers continue to deal with and new. Existing buyers are given the impression that seems to be growing company and new buyers can believe our company quality more easily.
Recent example, I received a message from the buyer in his local bank to deposit the money transfer. At that moment of hesitation, I sent the promotional video link. As a response of message, I received BANK SLIP.

7. What’s your future plan about overseas exports?

Seobuk: In the countries without car manufacturing, they need to import used cars.
We will continue to grow with focusing on demand in the market, regardless of ended or new.

8. Please tell me if you have any desire to Autowini (Improvement / Additional services, etc.)

Seobuk: I hope that Autowini can be foundation to domestic companies those want to export cars, buses, heavy equipments, parts in the future.

9. Give me a word about your company to buyers in Autowini. Tell us what you want for buyers could be.
